Please check your shipment upon arrival and advise if there is any discrepancy, or damaged goods, within 7-10 days of receipt. Please provide details of the return request, including photos to: customerservice@aegisbeaute.com.
If you are to return the product/s, we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to be shipped at your expense.
Upon review of the returned products, we will replace the damaged products, or provide a full-refund.
If the return request is due to other reasons and is received in the original unopened package within 7-10 days, a full-refund will be offered upon receipt and inspection of the goods. If credit is preferred, it will be applied to your account against future orders.
